POET
Jeffrey Han first started writing poetry in junior high school in an attempt to get girls to notice him. These attempts miserably backfired and obliterated any chance of a high school romance. He put down the pen, but then saw Def Poetry Jam on HBO for the first time in 2005. Inspired by the poetic performances from the likes of Beau Sia, Paul Beaty, and Saul Williams, he began to fill journals with original work. Twelve years later he shared his first poem publicly at the esteemed Da Poetry Lounge in Los Angeles. A perpetual learner, he hopes to continue to write and share his poetry in the future.
